blog-it-forward : what inspires me

so, Victoria over at Sf Girl by Bay came up with this fantastic idea: a blog mash-up called Blog it Forward.  Over 300 bloggers signed up to participate!  The thought is for each blogger to blog on their assigned date, write about what INSPIRES them and introduce their readers to other blogs.

yesterday was alyson is neat, my little apartment, b’s wig shoppe, pink o’clock, deldino, sherbet blossom, heart and craft, teegan photography, lavender & limes, tortagialla.

Today its my turn! along with these 9 other bloggers: sundry musingsbugheartdesign candyheart on my sleeve.   please obeyrough hewnten thingstwo brunettes.

honestly, the thought of trying to give a comprehensive list of my inspirations is far too daunting for a morning like this one.  so in the spirit of my friend, Andrea, i am going to make a short and sweet list of the things that bring me joy & excite me to be my very best…

1. color!  lately my favorite has been yellow.  i’m searching for the right yellow to paint my kitchen…

2. people who work hard for something they believe in.

3. stay at home parents who keep their cool.

4. the first buds of spring

5. ETSY!!! (you can see my favorites here… the list gets longer weekly!)

6. honesty & humour

7. renegades & pioneers

8. smiles, belly laughs, & the spirit of childhood.

9. my family

10. photography

now i’ll pass the torch to tomorrow’s bloggers… be sure to stop in and see them!
